Adam Awtrey
Creative Director/Owner
Adam, our driven salon owner and artistic director, is from Cobb County, Georgia and has been in the industry for 29 years, including 6 years of editorial work. While being certified in color formulating and correction, Adam is also experienced with cutting hair to match his clients' specific needs and lifestyle. He has taken many classes including two advanced cutting classes with Vidal Sasoon in Toronto, Canada and two updo classes with Martin Parsons. Aside from numerous events and connections with top stylists, Adam makes sure he and his employees keep up with their continued education with renowned companies such as: Oribe, Redken, Goldwell, Moroccan Oil, Wella and many more.
Christian Markovich
Creative Director/Owner
Christian, artistic director and salon owner, has been in the industry for 39 years. He is originally from Minnesota and graduated from the Model college of hair design, completing all levels of the Sassoon academy. He then moved to Honolulu and styled hair there until he moved to Georgia in 86. Christian is an advanced colorist and specializes in sasoon cutting.
Danielle Pansera
Operations Manager
Meet Danielle Pansera, the dynamic Operations Manager at Salon Arcaro. With a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and a passion for creativity, Danielle is not only a skilled professional but also a natural leader and advocate for women's empowerment. Currently pursuing her Master's in Business Administration, Danielle combines her love for fashion and beauty with her belief that looking good leads to feeling good, and ultimately doing good in the world. Andrea Caforio
Master Stylist
Andrea, one of our master stylists, is originally from Wisconsin and has been doing hair for 32 years. She attended Sante Fe College in Gainesville, Florida and is always continuing her education relating to her trade. She has taken a multitude of classes, such as: advanced haircutting, coloring, updos, balayage, keratin treatments and men's barbering. She is truly a jack of all trades, especially with highlights and foiling.
Nikki Vieira
Guest Relations Coordinator
Meet Nikki Vieira, our dedicated Guest Relations Coordinator. With a background in education and several years of experience in customer service, Nikki brings a unique blend of warmth and professionalism to our team. Formerly a teacher, she excels at creating meaningful connections and ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated. Nikki's passion for helping others shines through in her commitment to providing exceptional service and making every visit memorable. Vivian Varela-Soard
Master Stylist
Vivian, master stylist and previous salon owner of 16 years in Lancaster Pennsylvania, has been in the industry for 32 years. She specializes in color corrections, men’s clipper cuts, balayage/highlighting, perming, cutting, waxing, and is a certified extension specialist. She obtained her cosmetology license at the Lancaster school of cosmetology and won two trips to Paris to study with Wella international and Euqene Perma.
Nan Joo Clements
Master Stylist
Nan Joo, who’s originally from South Korea, has a background in Computer Science and Accounting, but her love of artistry and creativity led her into the hair industry. She graduated from Paul Mitchell School of Atlanta and trained directly under Scott Cole - the Artistic Director of Paul Mitchell Co. and former owner of the Paul Mitchell School of Atlanta. Nan Joo employs various coloring techniques including highlights and balayage. She’s a Certified Color Technician Educator for Framesi Milan, the Professional color company based in Milan, Italy. She is also a Certified Hair Extension specialist. Her cutting style is based on Sassoon techniques as well as Italian style techniques taught by Framesi Milan. Nan Joo believes her personalized service and care for each client becomes her signature!
Melissa Moon
Stylist
Born and raised in Roswell, GA, Melissa has always had an artistic side. She pursued a career in hair by learning how the salon business works, which meant working from the bottom up. Taking salon/barbershop receptionist or assistant jobs, she eventually realized beauty school was ready for her. After receiving a cosmetology license from MAK Beauty Institute, a Redken school, she began her new career at Salon Arcaro. Melissa specializes in creative hair color, color correction, haircuts for men, women, and children, and anything from perms to balayage.
Ginger PonGetti
Master Stylist
Ginger PonGetti, a licensed stylist since 2004, is a seasoned expert serving the metropolitan Atlanta area. Specializing in color correction,dimensional blonding and women's haircuts, she brings a keen eye for detail and a commitment to personalized service. Ginger is a devoted mother of four boys and a loving veteran wife, instilling in her a deep sense of support and resilience. Her passion for the arts and dance shines through in her work, where she combines her artistic sensibility with technical expertise, honed during three years abroad in Europe studying trends, to create unique, confidence-boosting styles for her clients.
Heather Bulla
Stylist
Heather Bulla is an established hairstylist who has been in the industry since 2016. She is gratful to have received her training at Paul Mitchell ESANI in Roswell, GA. While at ESANI, she competed and won placement in the 2017 National PBA Beacon Program where she met many of the beauty industry giants like Sam Villa, Vivienne Mackinder, Nicholas French, Larry Curtis, and Geno Stampora. Heather enjoys working behind the chair at the fast-paced salon, where she has had the privilege to do many a person's hair. She deeply values and appreciates each of her clients and loves giving them beautiful services; making them the best version of themselves. When Heather isn't at the salon, this CO native, enjoys: baking, gardening, birdwatching, the ocean and long drives up to Blue Ridge, GA and beyond.
Xander Lewis
Junior Stylist
Xander, Junior stylist and currently the director of operations, is originally from Duluth, GA. He has been in the industry for over 4 years with 2 years experience behind the chair. Xander specializes in extensions, and color. He is excited about gaining more knowledge behind the chair to give the clients a great experience!
Emily Sullivan
Salon Assistant
Introducing Emily, our skilled stylist with a Master Cosmetology license since 2014. After a brief hiatus, she returned to the industry and is now a dedicated salon assistant. Emily stands out with her certification in all four hair extension methods through Bellami courses. As a meticulous lash extension artist, she customizes each set to enhance clients' natural beauty, paying special attention to their unique eye shapes. Thriving in our dynamic salon, Emily values client relationships and is committed to continuous learning, staying up to date on newest lash education to provide superior service.
